The Salvation Army Red Kettle Campaign 'Love Beyond'

The goal for this project was to create volunteer promotional material for The Salvation Army's annual Red Kettle Campaign, specifically a sign to adorn the tops of both large and smaller counter top size kettles. The ongoing theme for this campaign: 'Love Beyond'
To help portray the message of the campaign, I decided on the release of a white dove from outstreached hands. The white dove itself stands as a symbol of peace and prosperity; However, the symbol of a dove carying an olive branch also holds deeper religious meaning which I found fitting given the clients background. The hands releasing the dove further the idea of 'Giving Hope', as they are literally releasing the symbol of hope out into the world.
In the end, I believe my final design is able to successfully portray the campaign's desired message of 'Love Beyond' while upholding the client's brand guidelines and standards.
